Creamy Salmon Pasta

Ingredients
250 grams of pasta of your choice
2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
4 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 cup of heavy cream (approximately 250 ml)
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or basil, finely chopped for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Add the sliced spring onions to the skillet and sauté them for 2-3 minutes, or until they become soft and slightly caramelized.

- Add the cooked pasta to the creamy sauce and toss everything together, ensuring the pasta is fully coated with the sauce.
