Ingredients

  • 4 large tortilla wraps

  • 150g smoked salmon

  • 150g cream cheese

  • Fresh dill, finely chopped

  • Lemon juice, from 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Mixed green leafy vegetables (such as lettuce or arugula)

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with finely chopped fresh dill, a splash of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla wrap.
  • Lay a few slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Add a handful of mixed green leafy vegetables on top of the salmon.
  • Roll up the tortilla wraps tightly, starting from the bottom, ensuring the filling is packed snugly.
  • Cut each wrap in half to get manageable portions.
  • Serve the smoked salmon wraps immediately as a delicious lunch or light meal.
