Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream
Fresh parsley, finely chopped for garnish (optional) – Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
