Creamy Salmon Pasta

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of pasta of your choice

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup of heavy cream (approximately 250 ml)

  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
