Glazed Salmon

Here is a simple and delicious recipe for Glazed Salmon with Maple Syrup and Soy Sauce, made with fillets. With just a few ingredients and easy steps, you’ll have a tasty meal in no time.


  • 2 salmon fillets

  • Maple syrup

  • Soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Sesame seeds


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) and remove the fillets from the refrigerator/freezer to bring them to room temperature.
  • Take a bowl and mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
  • Stir everything well and marinate the salmon fillets with this mixture. Cover and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Take an ovenproof dish and grease it with olive oil. Place the marinated salmon fillets in the dish and season them with salt and pepper.
